We require two business days notice to cancel an appointment

Your insurance claims will all be submitted by our experienced insurance coordinator.

We try to remind our patients by phone or text message – but please do not depend on this courtesy. If we are unable to contact you, your appointment card will serve as the confirmation of your appointment, and implies our obligation to be present. A missed appointment will result in a charge (fee depending on circumstances or service scheduled).
