A 48 hour advance notice is required for cancellation or to reschedule an appointment – or else the visit will be charged to you.
Your insurance claims will all be submitted by our experienced insurance coordinator.
We’ll keep in touch with you by phone, with the occasional postcard reminding you of your next visit, according to schedule. Leave that part up to us.
